Through our Operational Excellence program, associates have a common way to prioritize and visually see the progress of their work, change how work is done by sharing ideas and feedback, and implement process improvement through a collaborative approach. The initiative helps associates learn new skills and drive efficiencies so we can deliver results that bring greater meaning to our work while enhancing the customer experience.
Last year, our associates implemented more than 1,500 improvement ideas that helped save more than $700,000 and 43,000 associate work hours.
